RYPA is an association for all full-time, part-time, clergy, volunteer and other professionals who work with Reform Jewish Youth. The Reform Youth Professionals' Association is a community of professionals who are striving to make an impact on Jewish Youth. RYPA is also a professional network, a community where questions can be asked and support is given. Professional Development, Mentorship, Support, Resources and Information are at the cornerstones of RYPA's goals.
RYPA is a proud member of the Union for Reform Judaism Family, and was welcomed at the 2011 Biennial in National Harbor, Maryland.
