RYPA Webinars

We hope you will join us as RYPA presents David Bryfman.  This webinar will look at the changing role of Jewish youth professionals (and volunteers) given what I perceive to be the changing nature of experiential Jewish education. The areas that we will discuss will have impact on hiring, retention and professional development for staff. The webinar will also push us all to think about who our mentors and mentees are in our professional and personal lives – as this I believe is central to the ongoing development of our field.

David is the Chief Learning Officer at The Jewish Education Project in NY. David completed his Ph.D. Education and Jewish Studies at NYU focusing on the development of Jewish adolescent identity development and experiential Jewish Education. He is an alum of the Wexner Graduate Fellowship Program. Prior to moving to New York, David worked in formal and informal Jewish educational institutions in Australia, Israel, and North America.
